About us

A practice that started local, and stayed that way.

Nurture Health Well opened in 2018 for people in Church Hill and Hawkins County who wanted straightforward care without being hurried from one waiting room to the next. Everyday medicine, dental support, nutrition and weight guidance, hair and skin treatment, joint and bone care, cardio health, men’s and women’s health, memory and neurological concerns, and practical help with health insurance all begin in the same conversation.

You do not need the perfect words when you call. Tell us what has been sitting with you — a knee that will not settle, a checkup you have postponed, a coverage letter you cannot decode — and we sort what belongs in a plan, what needs a referral, and what can wait. Notes are written in language you can reread at the kitchen table.

Reach us at PO Box 506, Church Hill, Tennessee 37642, by phone at (423) 357-7386, or by email at info@nurturehealthwell.com. If this is an emergency, call 911 first. We are not an emergency room, and we would rather you get urgent help than wait on a reply.

What we hold to

Vision, mission, goal, and the principle underneath.

Peaceful hillside path in soft afternoon light Fresh citrus and herbs on linen
  1. 01

    Vision

A Church Hill practice where people stay well enough, long enough, to keep the life they already like — family tables, shift work, gardens, and all.

  2. 02

    Mission

Offer clear, coordinated care across everyday health, dental needs, wellness, and coverage questions, from the first call through follow-up.

  3. 03

    Goal

By the end of a visit you know what we are doing, why, and what happens at home. Fewer surprises. Fewer tests repeated because nobody shared the last result.

  4. 04

    Principle

Tell the truth early. Protect what you share with us. Do not sell fear. Measure progress by an ordinary Tuesday, not by a slogan on the wall.

Why people stay

Six reasons Church Hill neighbors choose us.

01

Here since 2018

Nurture Health Well has served Church Hill neighbors since 2018. Your story does not reset to a blank page every January.

02

Many needs, one desk

General care, dental, heart, joints, skin and hair, memory, nutrition, and insurance questions can start in the same conversation.

03

Plans you can keep

Advice is written for a real week in East Tennessee: a work shift, a grocery run, a knee that still has to climb stairs.

04

Coverage, in plain words

We help you read what a health plan is asking. No brochure in place of an answer, and no shame for not already knowing the jargon.

05

Room for the second worry

Visits are paced so the concern you almost skipped — the one you mention at the door — still gets time.

06

A number that reaches us

Call (423) 357-7386 or write info@nurturehealthwell.com. You hear back from this practice, not a call center three states away.

How a visit begins

A simple path, from the first note to follow-up.

  1. 01

    Write or call

Share your name, the service you need, and a time that can work. The booking form on this page is read by our desk.

  2. 02

    We read it properly

A person looks at what you sent, checks whether we are the right fit, and asks only for what is actually missing.

  3. 03

    You leave with a plan

Together we name the next step: a visit, a dental slot, a nutrition check, a joint review, or help with an insurance form.

  4. 04

    Care, then follow-up

After the visit we stay available. If something changes, you do not start over. You call the same practice.

Services

Care for the whole week, not one symptom.

Choose where to start. If you are not sure which door fits, say so in the booking form and we will help you sort it.

General Healthcare

Checkups, ongoing conditions, and the ordinary questions that never fit neatly into one specialty.

Dental Health

Tooth pain, gum concerns, and a clear next step when a dental visit or a coverage question comes first.

Wellness, Nutrition & Weight Loss

Food, energy, and weight talked through against the week you actually live — not a script from a magazine.

Hair and Skin Treatment

Irritation, hair thinning, and skin changes looked at calmly, with treatment only where it earns its place.

Joint & Bone Health

Knees, hips, backs, and the stairs, shifts, and gardens that keep asking them to work.

Cardio Health

Blood pressure, cholesterol, stamina, and the habits that quietly shape a heart over years, not weekends.

Men's & Women's Health

Screenings, hormones, and symptoms discussed in private, alongside the rest of your health — not apart from it.

Memory & Neuro Health

Forgetfulness, headaches, sleep, and medicines reviewed with care, and a referral when testing is the right move.

Health Insurance

Help reading a plan, a denial, or a referral — so coverage questions do not sit unanswered beside the medical ones.

FAQ's

Questions people ask before they call.

If yours is not here, use the contact form. A short note is enough.

Our mailing address is PO Box 506, Church Hill, Tennessee 37642. Call (423) 357-7386 or email info@nurturehealthwell.com to arrange a visit. We are a scheduled practice, not a walk-in emergency department.

Use the booking form, the contact form, or the phone. Name the service — general care, dental, nutrition, skin and hair, joints, heart, men’s or women’s health, memory, or insurance help — and offer a couple of times that work. We reply by email or phone.

Coverage depends on the plan. We help you understand benefits, referrals, and paperwork, and health insurance questions are a service of their own. Bring card details when you write, or ask us to walk through one question before you schedule.

Yes. Many people book general healthcare and also ask about joints, cardio health, nutrition, or skin. Say so on the form so we set aside enough time instead of squeezing a second problem into the last minute.

Dental health is part of the practice. If you need a procedure we do not provide ourselves, we still help you sort the next step and the coverage question that usually arrives with it.

We talk about what you eat, how you sleep, and a pace you can keep in Church Hill. We do not promise a number on the scale by a certain date, and we do not hand you a shelf of products.

Tell us what you have noticed and for how long. We listen, look at medicines, mood, and sleep, and refer for neurological testing when that is the right next step. A website form is not a diagnosis.

Privately, and without a script that ignores the rest of you. Screening questions, hormones, and everyday symptoms can sit in the same visit as blood pressure or joint pain.

We read new messages on business days and aim to answer within one to two business days. If you are in severe pain, cannot breathe, or think it may be an emergency, call 911. Do not wait on a form.

Open the unsubscribe page linked in the footer and enter the email you used to sign up. Routine notes to that address stop. Replies about an appointment you already requested are separate, and those still come.

What people say after they have been in.

Individual experiences. Not a promise of the same result, and not a review of emergency care.

★★★★★
“I called about my mother’s memory and nobody rushed me off the phone. We left with a short list of what to watch and who to see next. That alone lowered the temperature in our house.”
Marlene H.Church Hill, Tennessee
★★★★★
“I needed someone to look at my knee and also tell me whether the plan would argue about imaging. They handled both without making me feel foolish for asking the insurance part out loud.”
Dale P.Mount Carmel, Tennessee
★★★★★
“The nutrition visits were practical. No powders, no lecture. We talked about what I actually cook on a Sunday and adjusted from there. I stopped guessing, which mattered more than the scale.”
Anita R.Kingsport, Tennessee
★★★★★
“Men’s health is an awkward thing to bring up. They treated it like any other appointment. Clear, private, and no jokes at my expense. I booked the follow-up before I reached the parking lot.”
Chris W.Church Hill, Tennessee
★★★★★
“I came in for skin that had been angry for months. They explained what was irritation and what was worth treating, and they did not try to sell me a cabinet of bottles on the way out.”
Lila S.Rogersville, Tennessee
★★★★★
“I have used Nurture Health Well since they opened in 2018. What I trust is the consistency. Same practice, same phone number, notes that remember what we tried last year.”
